Panda Express — Restaurant in La Mesa

My recent visit to Panda Express left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. The experience was marred by subpar service and disappointing food quality.

Firstly, the inconsistency in service was evident right from the start. While my boyfriend's drink was filled to the brim, my cup was left notably underfilled by the cashier, Sidney G (Server's name was on receipt). Such discrepancies in service are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the establishment's attention to customer satisfaction.

Moreover, the food itself was a far cry from the classic Panda Express flavors I had come to expect. The food lacked the usual freshness and authenticity, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and quality. It's disheartening when a beloved chain fails to deliver on its signature offerings.

Adding to the frustration were the attitudes of the servers. Their demeanor suggested annoyance and indifference, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that detracted from the dining experience.

Overall, Panda Express fell short on multiple fronts during this visit. From inconsistent service to subpar food quality and unprofessional attitudes, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving both the customer service and the quality of their offerings. This is now my second try here in a 4 month spread. I don't get cold easily, let time it was summer & it's freezing a Polar bear in here. Many people saying it was too cold. It is now Autumn and they have it about60 degrees in here. And.... it is 8:10 pm. I think they do not want us to hang out to eat here. Then everyone can keep drinking any fountain drinks. It was freezing here last time also. Bring a blanket with you when you come here ! Seriously. Also the food is waaaaaaay to salty and Spicey. The Sesame shrimp and beef was waaaaayy salty and toooo spices? Will nit come back anymore. I asked the gal here if this dish was salty or spicey... she said No. It was horribly spicey. I asked at first if they give tiny toothpick samples just so you don't pay for something you don't want... no they do Not ! It was soo hot that it hurts my stomach now because of the spicey Ghost peppers. Couldn't finish the bowl of one...

Awful customer service at this location. I went in and ordered double beyond orange chicken and it tasted bad and stale so I asked the manager to remake the beyond orange chicken. She told me it’d be 5 mins I was waiting 10 then went up and saw the beyond chicken was out. I asked her to remake my plate and I reminded her that I’d been waiting and she said the beyond chicken has only been out for 3 mins. She remade my plate and didn’t apologize for my wait or offer me anything for the inconvenience. I used to work at a panda and we put the people who waited first and apologized for the wait and offered a free drink. I felt like she would’ve never called me up for my food had I not waited in the huge line a second time. she was a black female idk her name But...
