4-12-25 I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!ASKED FOR A SPECIAL MADE DRINK REALLY JUST FLAVOR ADDED TO A COFFEE AND THEY TRIED CHARGING ME $9.08! I DECLINED AND WENT FOR A STANDARD INSTEAD AND WAS MET WITH ATTITUDE. MATTER FACT THEY LET MY DRINK SIT ON COUNTER HALF MADE WHILE THEY MADE SOMEONE ELSE'S THAT CAME AFTER ME MIND YOU THERE WAS ONLY 2 OTHERS THERE IN THE TIME PERIOD I WAS THERE. NEVER ADDED THE CREAM ON MINE IT WAS STRAIGHT COFFEE!!!.THEN SPOKE IN THEIR LAUNGAGE ABOUT ME HANDED ME MY DRINK WITH ATTITUDE AND EYE ROLLS .THERE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS FOR WAY LESS. THE OWNER HAS A PROBLEM ADDRESSING ANY WRONG DOING ON THERE PART.

You should tell your employees to "move forward with kidness" they are the face of your business! You saying you "stand firmly with your team" tells everyone you care of your employees more than your paying customers right or wrong and although they exhibited classless behavior of all kinds you could care less as shown by your response on all other bad reviews. Me and my partner don’t eat out very often, and tonight he suggested Toast Mi. From their cute business sign and window graphics- I was already excited to try their food. The employees were so friendly and gracious and explained everything thoroughly. Also for a new business their branding is on point! Every little thing you could tell had thought behind it. They also named their bahn mis after real places and had pictures framed of the sandwiches and the places. They were also really nice and made tofu spring rolls for me and my partner who’s vegetarian to share. My partner wanted me to add that he’s a tofu connoisseur and that is the best tofu he’s had in a long time. We took the food to go and ate the bahn mis at home. I visited the establishment to sample their bubble tea and ordered a brown sugar milk tea. However, upon observation, I noticed that the drink was made without tea. I inquired about the absence of tea and was informed that the brown sugar fresh milk drink was tea-free. When I requested that they remake it with tea, I was told that I would need to pay for a new drink. I brought to their attention that Bubble Island, a similar establishment, offers a brown sugar milk tea with tea, causing confusion. Nonetheless, I was told that I would need to pay for a new drink. This experience left me disappointed with the customer service, and I do not plan on returning. For a drink priced at $7, I expect better service.
