I hate to have to do this but I had a terrible experience at this store. I went and dropped off 4 huge bags of clothing. This clothing includes labels from Yves Saint Laurent, Citizens of Humanity, Hudson, JCrew (not factory), French Connection, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Topshop, etc. Yes some of the items were worn before, but isn't that what a consignment store is? I walked in and was greeted by a lovely girls who explained the process, all the while I was being stared and snarled at by a taller woman who without speaking came off as rude. I left the 4 huge bags and the sweet girl said they would call later in the day for me to pick up. They literally called me within 5 minutes saying it was ready. There is no way whomever looked through the clothing had enough time to go through the bags. When I return to get the stuff, the girl stated that NONE of the items were selected. I repeat NONE! There was a beautiful Rag n Bone dress for $365 with the tags still on it! I was shocked and looked at the girl and said nothing was chosen? Ya'll don't want this Yves Saint Laurent purse or these brand new Topshop high waisted paints? She looked at me and repeated... Im sorry but I don't know what those are, we are looking for high end. (Ummm no words.) So the point of all of this is that my things weren't even looked through which is a total shame and a terrible way to run a business. On the bags the reason says OTHER. The bottom line is.... Don't waste your time driving to that crappy location because they won't even look through your things. The funny thing is, as I was looking around all I saw were Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Coach stuff. Its so funny because that is not...
Read moreWhere do I start....first of all they have a sign of the brands they really want brought in so I brought in mostly those brands, The Limited, and Banana Republic, along with some White House Black Market items, I.N.C., Ann Taylor Loft, etc. The girl who went through the clothes went through the items so fast that there was no way she even saw the tag on three-quarters of the clothes. How is it that she is even qualified to do this? Her own clothes weren't even all that!!?? These clothes were all bought with in the last couple of years, I just don't wear them anymore. As I waited I was browsing the clothing in the store, and all I could think when I left was that they wouldn't buy my clothes because, and I quote "the clothes I brought in were too outdated" but they expect people to buy what is on those racks...lets talk about outdated!! WOW!!!!!!!! The people that work there were also very rude and very unprofessional. If you are going to buy other people's clothes there should be more than just one person that should be going through the clothes deciding on what should be able to be bought or not. This happened to a lady in front of me as well. I saw she had a lot of nice things to sell and most of her stuff was given back to her. This place is a joke...I will no longer waste my time. I would rather donate my clothes then deal with a crooked...
Read moreThis was a frustrating experience. I went there to look for casual, nicer, office work clothes and I left there with a purse. This store has completely changed to a purse store. Their focus seems to be on designer bags opposed to clothes. There was more purses in a "clothes mentor" store. Also, the staff members were not friendly at all. In particular there was a taller, thin caucasian woman with very short black hair. Something like a bob cut. She looked to be in her mid to late 30s she was very RUDE! She acted as if I was an interruption in her day. I asked for a dressing room and she barely acknowledged I was even there. She pointed and said to me "you can use that one". Upon checking me out at the register she never had conversation nor did she thank me for spending over $60.00 bucks at their store. She handed me my bag and continued to check the next person in line. She clearly needs better training. Customer service should be # 1! Bad look for this store. I will not return. Just looked at my receipt JESSIE needs...
