My Mom loved this place. Shopped here frequently and was always able to get assistance in the past the day she shopped...... We stopped in about 2 hours before my Brothers celebration of life as he just passed away. Wanting to keep food as fresh as possible we asked to have a whole turkey breast and ham sliced. Thinking maybe they would be busy we made sure to have extra time in order to have the slicing done. We were told they couldn't slice the meat as they didn't have 24 hours notice. This was not posted in the deli area anywhere either. I asked to speak with the supervisor as the employee was just doing her job and relaying said policy. The supervisor was not willing to help at all. After explaining our situation and even asking to make an exception or allow me to slice it myself she simply said yeah it's just our store policy. Read moreOrdered King Arthur flour on a Thursday morning and told them I would be there on Tuesday to pick it up. They said that's fine as it only needs 1 day lead time. Tuesday comes and I go to pick it up and they tell me that the warehouse was out and it's not there. They didn't think to call me at some point during the 5 days they had!?!
