Worst customer service I have ever had at a nail salon.

They made me wait 45 minutes even though I had made an appointment ahead of time. After she painted my finger nails, she squirted something from an eye dropper onto each nail (before going under the dryer) which I think ruined the polish by creating ripples all over them. They said it was just 'bad' polish.

I didn't have time to totally redo them with regular polish so I asked for them to remove it and do something quick. She suggested a pale pink gel. I left with a horrible gel mani that was way too thick and lumpy, and, since she did a poor job removing all the (blue) polish, you could still see blue all around the edges. And, I didn't even get a massage!

After she finished the gel, she told me I owed $13 more (I had already paid and tipped in cash).

I asked for the manager and complained to him. They spoke in Vietnamese then he said you owe $13 more since it was gel. I said I didn't even want gel! He was rude, offered no discount or apology. I told him I would never ever return but he didn't appear to care.

She did apologize for not telling me, before she did the gel, that it would cost more.

All together I was there three hours! The next day I went to another salon to have them redone.

I recommend you go somewhere else where they will treat you right the first time. You'll save yourself a lot of time, money and...

I hate to leave a bad review but I did not have a good experience. It was my first time at this nail salon and I feel like I was ignored. I was definitely not a priority to them. They seated me and 2 family members and we sat for about 30 minutes before they got to us. I am totally fine with waiting but they ended up finishing my family members pedicures before they even got to me and then it was like they were fighting over who was going to do my toes (I do not have bad feet, I work at a salon myself). Once they finally got to me I thought things were going well until they put the wax and hot towels on my feet. The gentleman that was doing my pedicure disappeared and never came back. Literally nowhere to be found. Finally another lady came over and took of the cold towels, wiped off the dried masque and wax and proceeded to rush through painting my toes. They never finished my pedicure!! I still had dried masque and towel fuzz stuck to my legs! No lotion and didn’t work on my calluses. I got the Luxury pedicure and it was far from luxury. My girls and I went for our first time!! We were able to get right in. Everyone bragged on how wonderful a pedicure is. I didn't find anything special about it. My guy was nice. He did a great job. He even put my sandals back on. He then gave me a manicure and again did a great job. I think the best part was the hand massage. My girls had different techs. My 18 year old got a French Pedicure and Manicure. She had two different techs and liked both. The guy who did her manicure- actually struck up a conversation with her. That seemed nice. I wish they wouldn't talk amongst themselves in their language. It would be nice if they communicated with the clients!!! My youngest- 17 had a lady tech and she did not like her. She cut her toenails too short. My daughter called her Ma'am and she said she gave her a dirty look. Tbh her polish looks like something I could do. I don't know any of their names as they didn't tell us. They pretty much talked to each other. As stated before they should TRY to communicate with their clients.
