Mary Lou Donuts — Restaurant in Lafayette

Was very cool about it but been 2 weeks since I got half a dozen doughnuts and was charged 54.46 sent when I was 6.75 manager gave me the run around staff is imcompatant or just trying to scan someone out of 47 dollars vus the must me hurting or something idk I'll find out tommorow whenni go into speak to the manager but ridiculous mom pop places like this aren't supposed to scam people especially regulars tht literally recommend then but at this pint you want a 50 dollar surprise when you check ur receipt then go here if you want good doughnuts and good service got to doughnut co on the south side or o rears down town and you get great service and charged the right amount cus they don't need to steal ur money oh and here's the receipt the sent the first time I talked to the manager and he said he did charge me tht then it changed to well it'll be in ur car in a couple day then it turned into oh it'll be back in ur card in a couple week be super cool about it til today cus it's ridiculous they didn't just keep the charge and gimme my 47 dollars back but like I said they must be hurting to not have 47 dollars in cash but this is the receipt the sent me saying we didn't charge you tht before the manager realized tht...

Happy to find this eastside location. Our doughnuts were fresh and tasty. Just the right balance of sweetness and fluffiness.

Disappointed that they didn't have my long-time Mary Lou favorite of chocolate frosting with chopped nuts. But glad they still make their awesome apple fritters.

The smallest box was for 12 donuts. Otherwise, dumped together in a sack. Although I ordered 12 similar donuts, the charge was slightly higher for some of them. No idea why; it wasn't obvious on the cases or what I could read of the sign. All of the frosted ones turned out to have a filling (which we didn't expect when selecting them), so maybe it was that?

Still a treat when we're in the Lafayette area. Happy to support this...

This donut shop is amazing. On January 14th I took a photo in and asked for ladybug donuts cakes for my grandkid's birthday party unbelievable, everyone was so impressed and loved the cake donuts. They also provided great service and I was able to pre-order and pay by on the day of pickup. They also provided us a military discount and I was really thrilled about that.
