Short version: BUY LOCAL, save yourself some money, and alot of headache. bad customer service, terrible build quality, zero quality control, and hardly any accountability. bad shipping practices, and materials. cheap parts, not as promised.

Long version: I purchased a $2,000 "matrix" pc. Before i made the purchase, the customer service was top notch. Devan told me all the right things, and had me convinced this company is the way to go. Once i made the payment, i received a vague, poorly worded "receipt" for my purchase. I say vague, because the only components or details of the build were the processor, and gpu, and the word "white" to denote the color of the build. I say poorly worded because the wording of the email seemed almost like the company has trust issues. There is no need to tell me, in an email, that you're not building a computer for me until you get the money. Once they had my money, every communication from that point, was started by me, and seemed to be "lip service" every time, with no real details on what was going on.

Shipping: After taking a 5 day holiday, for Independence day, and sitting on the shipping label for another 3 or 4 days, it took them just over a month to SHIP. UPS brought the "crate" damaged. There was a handful (maybe 20) packing peanuts in the bottom of the box. The computer was loose inside the box, no cardboard, no rigid foam, no expanding foam packs, NOTHING to keep it stationary inside the crate. the GPU was packaged in its original packaging. There was no packaging inside the actual tower as well. Their crate shipping is a big highlight of their sales, but the truth is, its not near adequate. The trusses of the crate are on the exterior, so they are easily snagged by conveyors, or other equipment in the shipping process, which im sure, is what happened to my pc. The packing peanuts offer little cushion when intact, but once the box breaks, all the foam is soon lost.

Hardware: This seems to be the only part they got even near correct. All of the system specs are true to what i ordered.

Component quality: the case seems to be good quality, but please understand, i have little to no experience with computer cases, and their quality levels. this case looks good, and holds the parts... not much more to expect really.

The fans are cheap, and poorly made/assembled. The fan connectors are trash, as several had to be taped together FROM THE BUILDER. I expect to replace them all as they die.

Build quality: absolutely terrible. the mobo and ram are both black, in my "white" computer. the AIO head (not sure the terminology. the part that connects to the mobo) is upside down. there are two missing fan screws (never installed.. obvious by missing screw threads in the plastic fan hole) three of the fans were installed sideways (the mirrors were stacked vertical, and therefore not visible thru the front glass). numerous numerous metal wire twist ties, including two INSIDE THE CASE WITH THE COMPONENTS, one of which was TOUCHING THE MOBO. The power button wire was zip tied to the case over the bracket for the cover, so the cover bulged where the ziptie was at. two missing covers on the back of the computer, just above the IO for the GPU. Computer came with a NON ACTIVATED copy of windows 10 and a MOUNTAIN of bloatware.. i had to ask for a key.

Quality Control: non existent, see above paragraph pertaining to Build Quality.

After sale service: poor. I have been given the run around about the entire situation, hearing excuse after excuse. I spent a couple days fixing all the little build issues, and im still not finished. still waiting on missing parts.

There are, no doubt, some details i have forgotten, but i assure you, none of which make this review any better for the company.

In conclusion, I have what i believe to be a nice computer, just poorly assembled with some cheap fans.

My suggestion: do yourself a favor, BUY LOCAL. If you cant buy local, buy from a different online company. someone willing to stand behind...

Would siriusly recommend Devan Johnson and this company for you pc needs ;)

I spent months going back and fourth between parts, companies, websites, whatever you can think of trying to decide how I want to go about my pc. I’ve been in the dark for a couple years now in the pc world

Devan messaged me off of a post and immediately started asking me questions about what I’m looking for (without once mentioning what he does or who he works for)

He worked with me for a couple of days filling me in on info giving me recommendations and honesty. He finally threw in the facts that he is an absolute wizard when it comes to pc’s and that their company actually does “prebuilts” and custom builds.

Once I heard that I was immediately hit with the thought of “great. Another company that charges out the butt for mid range parts and accessories”

BOY WAS I WRONG

After spending a couple hours on the phone with me he told me the total after countless amounts of switch ups on my end and cautiousness. And to my surprise, it was almost exactly what the cost would have been if I bought myself the parts and built myself.

Shipping took a little longer than expected.. BUT well worth the wait. Pc comes spotless, stress tested, updated, ready to cause havoc.

The most annoying part of this entire process was disassembling the indestructible crate that it was shipped in haha. (Which by the way some of the best and well packed package I’ve ever seen.

Since I’ve received my pc I still have support from both the builder (James frank) and Devan. No matter what they have both helped and answered any questions I...

Just wanted to give a shout out to Sirius Power PC, I may not have been able to buy a pc from him yet as I needed to use a specific finance company that he doesn’t offer yet but I def plan on buying from him in the near future, he has been nothing but generous , kind and helpful with me to teach and give me knowledge on my quest to buying and understanding pc’s, he has even helped me with my pc that I didn’t even buy from that I purchased through a different company that offered the financing option that I needed. He is always there to answer any and all questions and even answer the phone to talk so we don’t have to message back and forth, so simply just being there to help me with any concerns or questions I have even when I didn’t purchase my pc from him is just simply top notch service and an excellent human being in general, he puts a lot of effort and thought into his builds at an affordable price with an amazing warranty that it seems no one else can touch , as he stated before, he may build your pc for you but it’s no cookie cutter prebuilt machine like a lot of company’s do. It’s a one of a kind high end machine built to your specs for you , brand , model performance and all. I highly recommend his services whether you want to buy a pc or simply just need friendly help with an answer that you can trust !!!! I look forward to trying to purchase a pc from him for one of my twin daughters soon and I can’t wait for the...

Kind of a delayed review, but wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit is due! Around December of 2024 Devan reached out to me via Facebook messenger after seeing a post of mine regarding information on a new PC build. Immediately Devan got me all the information I was looking for and then some. Over the course the next few days we were able to get a parts list together with a build plan. The only delay was getting a few parts, which obviously is out of their control. Once parts arrived Devan kept me in the loop with the build process with videos and pictures. Once finished the build was shipped in a very well built wooden crate and arrived within a few days. The initial set up of the PC was painless as Devan walked me through the entire process. We ran into a few hiccups along the way, which Devan resolved immediately! Two months after the initial set up I did with Devan I ran into a blue screen issue due to a corrupt GPU driver, which again is no one’s fault but NVIDIA lol. I gave Devan a call and we got into troubleshooting. With an hour or two we had the issue resolved. If you’re like me and not very computer smart, but want a custom PC built RIGHT I highly recommended reaching out to these guys. At the very least Devan can get you pointed in the right direction.
