Kirkland's Home — Local services in Lafayette

Hi, i just had to finally say something after so long. I have been coming to this store for many years 9 to be exact. In the past i have always had great customer service! However these past few months that i have been going to find new decor for my new house has been very disappointing experiences. EVERYTIME i walk into the store I am never greeted with a hello, or anything by any means. The “manager” i believe i dont even know her name, short highlighted hair mid 40s is the rudest person i have ever met in my life by far. Just the look on her face makes it a very unpleasant shopping experience makes you want to walk out, and dont even ask her about anything because all you get is flat,short, strict answers, really its like she hates her job. Its really sad because i love this store but maybe she needs someone higher than a manager to talk to her and teach her how to give good customer service because she will drive sales away with that attitude and disrespect towards customers. I myself have left for that reason. And i dont just spend $20 every shopping spree used to be over 150 easily by weekly. I will be sticking to online shopping from now on. Nice home and patio decor store. From candles to pictures. Pillows to lamps, dish ware for kitchen and patio. Furniture for both too. Rugs and welcome mats.
