I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am for this Chick-fil-A!! They went above and beyond and I am unsure how to express my gratitude. (Back story- I was driving from Chicago to Cincinnati with my dog and decided to stop for food at this Chick-fil-A. Praise God I stopped here for food!! I went inside to use the restroom and took my dog on a brief walk. When I returned to my car, it would not start. (Keep in mind this Chick Fil A was closing in 10 minutes). I went inside and asked if there was a manager to see if he knew of any roadside assistance or had any advice. Without hesitation, he said he would try to jump my car. While he was trying to jump my car, he offered for me and my dog to sit in the lobby (it was pouring rain and freezing!). Unfortunately, the jump start did not work... I was panicked. I was alone with my dog and far from home. He said he was going to run inside and see if anyone knew of a roadside assistance group. I had mentioned I had an extra battery, but he said he wasn't sure how to replace those. Within 3 minutes, there was a whole team of Chick-fil-A workers outside replacing my battery. This was literally a gift from God. My car started and I was able to finish my drive.) I am beyond thankful for this crew. Even after saying thank you, they still responded with "My pleasure". Truly a class act. They really restored my faith in humanity. THANK...
Read moreI went through the drive-through tonight to pick up my child's free kids' meal from the library reading program. The person taking my order told me that the orange juice was included in the meal—it turns out that there was a $1.67 charge, which was fine, but I was frustrated that I was not clearly told in advance that it was extra.
But this wasn't the most frustrating part of my visit. It was 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday, and the drive-through line was understandably very long. I just can't figure out why nobody has come up with a better system for handling so many orders, especially during a time of social distancing. There were four or five employees yelling out first names and walking around with confused looks on their faces, trying to find whomever the meals belonged to. This seemed to mean taking the meal up to every single car in line and talking to the drivers to find the right person. At one point, the manager yelled for everyone to bring all of the meals back so they could try to untangle the mess. Chaos reigned; there seemed to be no rhyme or reason for getting people their meals. I have never been so relieved to leave a drive-through line in my whole life (and very narrowly missed hitting the manager on my way out, since she kept walking in front of cars), and I sincerely hope that somebody can come up with a better system for distributing...
Read moreWe have never had a bad meal here but did have a bad experience. We understand that things happen but it’s how you handle it that matters.
We stopped at this chick fil a several times in May 2021 after our sons track meets in the area. One night they brought us out our food and the girl bringing out our drinks lost grip of the cup and then smashed the cup into our door. The milkshake that she smashed ran down between the door panel and window. It also went all over me. When I opened my door there was chocolate shake running out the bottom of the door panel.
Accidents happen, that I understand but now I was just handed a bunch of napkins to clean up the mess she created. The girl that created the mess just walked off while we were left there with one worker trying to clean up. They were very concerned we were holding up the line.
When we got home I had to take the entire door panel off and there are still days where we find milkshake splatters in the car.
My wife called and talked to Jerry?!? Who stated he was over training for the workers and was very sorry for what happened. We understood and thanked him for his concern. Jerry stated we would receive a gift card for our trouble and for the hours I spent cleaning the inside of our vehicle. We have never received anything.
Top it all off, we didn’t order...
