A Sweet Adventure at the M&Mâs Store in Disney Springs
Visiting the M&Mâs Store in Disney Springs was a colorful, sweet, and unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the vibrant rainbow of M&Mâs lining the walls immediately caught our attention. Itâs like stepping into a candy loverâs dream!
One of the coolest features was the massive wall of M&Mâs where you can mix and match your own custom blend of colors. There were so many options, including special Disney-themed hues with Mickey designsâitâs a unique touch that makes the shop feel extra magical.
Another highlight was the personalization station. We had so much fun designing our own M&Mâs with custom messages and images. Itâs such a great keepsake or gift idea for any Disney fan.
The store also had tons of exclusive merchandise, from M&Mâs-themed clothing to kitchen accessories and plush toys. It was impossible to leave without grabbing a few souvenirs.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the interactive displays kept everyone entertained, making it much more than just a candy shop. Whether youâre looking to satisfy your sweet tooth or find a unique Disney-themed treat, the M&Mâs Store is a must-visit spot at Disney Springs.    Read moreI've visited M&M World at the Florida Mall today. It was my first experience and most definitely my last. Their was an area where you can dispense a variety of M&M's into a bag. Each pound cost about $14. We put one full bag of M&M's thinking it would be 1 pound. When we went to the cashier we found out that the bag was 3 pounds for about $40. This was too expensive for me and I kindly asked if we can return it. They called their manager on me and the manager was disrespectful. She told me that I HAVE to buy it or they'll throw it away. I told her that it's too expensive for me and it goes over my budget. She then gave me a deal of 20% off the purchase but it still went over my budget. She refused to let me return it and she kept on telling me that I have to buy it even though I explained to her that it was over my budget and I dont want it anymore. This situation embarrassed me in front of the whole store. In the end, she dumped half the bag in the garbage in a aggressive manner then made me buy the remaining. This is the worst customer service I have ever came across. Even grocery stores have better customer...
Read moreVisited the new M&M store at Disney Springs during our vacation to quickly pick up a gift for our niece and nephews. An hour and half later, we left with a not so great experience. Made specialized M&Ms and our picture did not show up on our candy AT ALL. Couldnât even tell what it was. Looked fine in all the previews they showed us. When the final product was handed to us, we were very polite but asked where the picture was as it didnât show up at all. The guy working (Bob) was extremely rude and said âI showed you guys what this looked like and you said okayâ which is true. However the image shown to us looked great. The M&Ms did not! He basically walked away from us and left another employee to handle us as we were clearly a problem that he did not have time for. We did end up reprinting our M&Ms and were told not to do a picture since it wouldnât work with more than one face which I wish they wouldâve just told us from the beginning. Literally a waste of almost 2 hours on our vacation. Thankfully the lady that helped us after Bob was at least much nicer. BUYER BEWARE - Customer Service is not a...
