Super Hero Headquarters — Local services in Lake Buena Vista

I flew down from NJ to Orlando to have a Father daughter weekend. Dad and I spent several hours here at Disney Springs today. We went to many different shops and I bought a bunch of things! But I needed to take time to thank Tim at Marvel Super Hero headquarters! I stopped here on our way out and bought a cup for my father in law and when I went to pay for my cup, Tim noticed my Disney wedding ears and congratulated me! Not only that but he gave me a"Happily Ever After" pin for myself and my fiance AND then he said "We have someone that wants to talk to you" and he handed me the phone. I was so confused but Mickey was on the phone and congratulated me on my engagement and wished me a very happily ever after! I'm not kidding, I started to cry. I had such a great time there but Tim truly made my experience extremely magical right when I was about to leave! I walked out and told my dad what Tim did and my dad walked in and shook Tim's hand and thanked him for giving me that experience!!!! TIM, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!YOU ARE TRULY THE BEST!!!!!! I walked into the marvel store with my son searching for the Iron Man helmet. They had a few left but I didn’t want to carry it around for hours so we decided to come back. The store had one left and the box to the helmet was semi damaged so I really didn’t want to purchase that one. I was determined to get this gift for my son before we left. I asked associate Haley and she told us she is going to do what she can to grab some from storage. Remind you it was a down pour for an hour and it was already 9:30pm. We patiently waited, and the manager KJ came in with a brand new box!!!! Haley and KJ went above and beyond to make sure my son walked out of the store with his Iron Man helmet!!!!! It's nice to finally have a store dedicated to our favorite superheroes, but it's on the small side. They do have a nice selection crammed in there, but you can find lost everything from the store in all the other stores with a few notable exceptions. If you're looking for Spider-Man merch, they finally have some to really choose from! I know licensing has been an issue, so it's nice to see more of our friendly neighborhood superhero. If you don't find what you want, don't give up. I've seen other things in other shops in The Springs. So, it's worth seeing, but if you can't make it, rest assured that they probably have what you're looking for in another...
