Spencer's — Local services in Lake Charles

We have gone a few times. Most of the time we just look & leave without buying bc it's expensive.

Location: inside the mall, close to hot topic.

Atmosphere/Items: a little claustrophobic- everything just feels right up on you. Floors seemed clean. Shirts are folded neat. Typically music playing. The front is usually trending/holiday items (st. Patricks day, pride, etc). The left wall is shirts/hats/wallets. The right wall is shirts/cups/lamps. The back left corner is clearance/throws. The back right corner is adult merchandise. The middle is novelty/incense. They also carry earrings/gauges, some board games, lanyards, and a few snack items.

Prices: shirts usually run about $25 each. Backpacks $50+. Mugs/glasses $12+. They usually have a deal on earrings, although the punch card you are given usually gets lost- I wish it was an online system.

Service: friendly. I've never had an issue with staff. One lady went out of her way to help me look for a shirt that seemed sold out- checked the display and in the back, and also went online to help me order.
