Most of the clothes, like a ridiculous amount, were on the wrong size coat hangers. This location is pretty good at keeping their store clean, but OMG their staff is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! The young woman what was checking me out was flirting with her co-worker over her headset, giggling and saying "you're distracting me!" among other things. I don't think she actually looked at me once. She had to call her manager over because she didn't know how to accept a gift card as payment apparently and the manager was just as unprofessional because he was being flirtatious with her, too. There is nice and there is being flirtatious and there is also a time and a place for it. Definitely not at your place of work. The three that I had interactions with were acting like they were in a high school cafeteria. I'm totally turned off to this location. Oh, and when she did acknowledge me, she was rude - acting as if I was bugging her....

Very misleading advertised sales emailed to me stating 50%off, but the fine print on the storefront window sale sign says otherwise. Shortage of new apparel and a total disarray of sale merchandise all over the floor, just a mess. I asked for help finding a particular matched set and an arrogant clerk, who appeared maybe to be a manager stated this is what we have and walked away. I was looking for a Christmas gift and I am over 70, so it was a little difficult to find items under displays and no one offering to help me. I did buy a few things but went to tj Maxx. They were not busy at all. When I entered I was the only person in the store....

Sales signs were extremely misleading. Went to buy a flannel shirt for our great grandson. A sign on the right of the hanger bin contained a message of 50% off flannel shirts. Likewise a sign on the left was for 50% off. The flannel shirt we picked wasn’t on sale. Likewise two other items we picked out for our great granddaughters were not on sale, but the signs in the immediate area were for 50% off. Bought everything we needed, close to what we would have bought at Old Navy, at other stores in the mall. Saved at least what we would have paid at Old Navy had we not been misled. Won’t be going to...
