Just spent $50 on carryout. When we got home, all of our noodles were undercooked and extremely unappetizing, no one wanted to eat them because they were so hard. When I called to let them know my issues with the order, they told me that I was incorrect and that all their noodles are cooked the same and no one else had complained. Personally, I don't think it is great customer service to tell a customer that they are wrong about the food that is right in front of them without even looking at it yourself. It was not at all worth the $9/dish of food. Also ordered the cauliflower noodles that was supposed to have vegetables included in it. There were two partial mushroom slices, one piece of spinach and a few pieces of zucchini in the large sized bowl. I have never posted a review for anything before but as a person who has consistently ate at noodles for over 15 years, I was so disappointed not only with the food but also the customer service. No one else in front of us after that but none of the staff acknowledged us especially when the kids had drinks in their hands resting on the counter. Stood there patiently thinking we should be next. Instead, the staff continued to struggle with the register that the other one who just finished a transaction had to help her. After that, the other staff started to deliver food to the seated customers while we were still waiting in line for any of them to say anything at all. After three deliveries, still not a word from the other staff. Meanwhile, the first staff started to count cash and managed to drop comments to the other staff including the one in the kitchen and yet still ignored the customers in front of her. Read moreAfter a very frustrating night it ended well. I placed an order on uber eats. After about an hour when it should have been delivered, it still showed the food was being prepared. It was 30 min before closing when I phoned the store. I was told that uber eats cannot find a driver but the food is sitting there ready. I was speaking to Allan on the phone he told me he was the manager when I asked to speak to one. I told him that Ive been waiting for an hour and restaurants are closing, Im very hungry and really hope to get my food. He then told me he would drop off the food himself after his shift since there were no uber drivers around. He also paid for my order himself and brought it to me.Very nice young man, that took care of a problem saving face for the restaurant.
