Excorted out for not wearing a mask. Didn't matter to them that I have a health issue and can't wear it or that there is no mask mandate in the county or state. Wrote to corporate, they don't follow local or state policy. A corporation doesn't decide health care, 50 years purchasing coach products, now they are my example to my grandchildren for discrimination. Sad the sales associates don't realize that the more corporations push on line sales, they will be out of a job. My ancestors didn't survive the holocaust so this would happen in 2021. Shared this all over the country...

This Coach is truly incredible! Not my first time here either! I’ve been coming here for about 6 years every summer! Today I had the pleasure of working with Ashlyn M. Who walked me through many options for not only my beautiful other half but also for me too! The customer service and calm atmosphere is something that I truly appreciate being Veteran. Plus my Service Dog Zero loves coming with and she’s always been treated with love and respect.

Everyone in the store from the moment I walked in made sure I was taken care of. I can see how some people might not like that level of attention, but I thought it was nice! I learned that one bag, for example, has an extension strap, or another back has a hidden pocket; I would have never known this info. about the bags without the salespeople politely chiming in. I walked out with a soft crossbody and a coordinating wallet and I intend to come back soon...
