Edwin as well as all the people off the store really seem to be down to earth people. You walk in and you don’t get the stereotypical salesman who wants to milk you for everything you got. We bought an iPad there and mentioned we needed to get a case for it. He offered what they had and it wasn’t what we wanted. So he even just pulled out his phone and checked other retailers to see what they had in stock. When we declined any other things like upgrades to our products, wasn’t any hassle, just a simple, “ok, no problem.” I really like that. They even brought up a totally unrelated thing. My phone bill. They told me that my plan was an old plan that Verizon honors but doesn’t offer. But it charged me an extra $20 a month.they offered to upgrade my access and basically charge me $20 less per month. I’ve called customer service for random things over the last year and was never told that, so I’ve super glad I went to the store and they told me that with out me even asking. Definitely going back to these guys if I have any issues...
Read moreMilan did an amazing job helping us with our recent phone/service upgrade…my wife originally went to the Verizon store in Delavan on Wednesday or Thursday of last week, to try and find a solution to an “unable to connect to cellular data” error, but she was under a time crunch and was not able to spend a lot of time in the store trying to get the problem resolved, my wife and I went back into the Delavan store on Monday evening (just before closing unfortunately due to both our schedules) and Milan was busy with another customer but he remembered my wife from a few days earlier and stayed past closing to answer our questions and we set up an “appointment” to meet him in the Lake Geneva store tonight, Friday evening, to finish our phone upgrade/change our Verizon wireless plan and Milan was AMAZING throughout the whole multi-day experience. My new Moto G Power 2020 needed a sim card in order to activate it for my long used Verizon Prepaid account, which works well for us as we are in our upper 70's and don't use much data.
Ryan multi-tasked extremely well taking care of my problem, as well as helping two others who were ontemplating an upgraded phone. He was wonderful with all of us - at the same time - and solved our problems as quickly as the system would let him.
