The store manager Carie is rude. I wasn’t able to take the flatbed to my car right out front as I purchased something awkward and slightly heavy to carry a long distance so I was informed the manager was coming to assist me. I went to my car and moved things around while I waited outside. When Carie got outside she was too lazy to walk to my car which was on the left side of the building a little away from where people enter. I nicely moved my car to accommodate her yet I’m her customer. Anyways then when I opened my back door she made a rude comment about where I wanted MY purchase. How about she should be just grabbed it and put it in my car. Why would a store manager even treat their customers like that? The store also looks awful compared to the past. Also when is it not acceptable for any associate to give a managers name? I had to be transferred to Carie to even get her name. Ridiculous and I’ll...

Went for Holiday stuff today. Picked out a decorative box that that other boxes inside as you find many places. Get to the register and the cashier says that Each Box is priced separately. The boxes were packaged with cardboard and styrofoam inside. So, in order for me to even KNOW that they were separate prices I would have to unpack the styrofoam & cardboard holding it all in. That is not okay. It is not my job, as a customer, to stock shelves and unpackage your merchandise. Along with this incident there was a pallet of unpacked merchandise and half stocked cardboard boxes...

Hate writing reviews however at this time - I need to. We tried returning an item in original packaging (mint condition). The store manager Mrs. Boyd would not accept due to home goods tag not on product. Product was only from Homegoods. We drove to Delafield Wis store.
