Bought an xbox series S yesterday and the disc drive was broken. Went to return it for a different one today, and was told the serial number on the console didn't match the box it came in...made it look like I was trying to rip them off. This location was good until I encountered the same Delavan employees that made that location the worst; I stopped going there and went to here, now I’ll go elsewhere if I need to. Nancy isn’t a card salesman so why does she try to pressure people to give up items they want; for a rewards system we all know isn’t worthwhile, Nancy and Joseph make this location another one I hope gets shutdown, their service is horrible. I have been a patron of this location since 2019 and was a patron of the Delavan location beginning in 2013, and I have never had a poor experience even with visiting at least once a month.
