December 21, 2023 Kyle Godwin was our programmer. He spent over eight hours working on the install and programming. He never took a break except to go to the restroom. I offered him a sandwich for lunch which he declined and worked right on. As a retired teacher of 36 years, I was amazed at his incredible focus and concentration. He ran in to numerous problems with three pieces of equipment that were defective and had to be returned and new ones reprogramed. I was amazed at his patience and persistence. Wonderful attributes!! After the installation there was an issue with another piece of equipment that had to be changed out and programmed. He “keeps on keeping on” which is a rare quality! He even talked with me on the phone this morning when I had difficulty with the Control 4 remote! Great experience working with Sphere AV. Replaced an existing AV system. Sphere had to dig out 20 years worth of wires, of which half were dead and just left in the wall for no good reason. I was elated to come in and see a bare floor and a bare console unencumbered with components and dusty wires. Every time I dusted or vacuumed I disconnected something! I can not believe how easy the system is to work. The components are organized in a central location and able to be accessed via WiFi. My WiFi has always been spotty, well no more. We can get WiFi everywhere in our house! The Sphere staff responds quickly to questions even after their work is done. Chris, Marcus and team are incredibly gifted at what they do. After a recent lightning strike that obliterated our entire home entertainment system, they worked tirelessly to replace and correct everything that was impacted. Sphere Audio Video installed our system when we initially moved to the area a decade ago and have been incredibly responsive every time a situation has presented.
