Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lake Purdy

Horrible drive thru experience, the cashier shelia j first of all had cars wrapped around the building and only taking one order at a time and not taking other orders until the first person being served drove away. Not only was it taking forever but she was too busy gossiping to her co workers to even take orders in correctly. I witnessed her mess up the order ahead of me bc she wasnt listening to what he was saying. She had my order right until I moved up to pay I told her I wanted two soft shelled regular tacos she repeated two regular tacos which if she was actually listening to me it would of been correct so I moved forward and noticed at the bottom of receipt she put crunchy tacos. After I paid she handed me one of the drinks i ordered and i waited for her to open the window again to correct my order. She went off talking to her co working again and returned with my bag and tossed several sauces in the bag as well as all over the floor. I told her I was still waiting on the freeze I ordered as well as the crunchy tacos was not what I had ordered. She asked for the tacos back and then trash talked me with the window still open then yelled at her co workers for my correct order, walked off and made someone else bring me the rest of my order. She not only had 4 cars drive off while I was in line but she also just lost this business myself and 6 other people. We will not be returning to this location and sincerely hope no one else had to have the same experience as I did tonight. I'm a manager in the same community if any of my girls treated a customer like that they would be fired...

Asked team member when ordering how much item cost and was told "about $5" so I ordered the combo for $7. 12.35 pm ctz. Come to find out the street chalupas come as a 2 pack. I also added nacho fries and was served Luke warm fries with lumpy cheese. When I asked the drive through for my receipt she gave attitude. I also did not get the sauce I asked for and my food presentation was sub par. I had to return to work so at 8.15 pm ctz I returned to inform the manager on duty who I told of the issues and she proceeded to ask me to describe the young lady and time even though she looked at the receipt and name she asked for a description including hair color/style. Further, she asked repeatedly what was wrong despite my telling her the same as above and at no point did she apologize or attempt to remedy the issues. I had to tell her I was not looking for a refund just a replacement. My chalupas were remade (only) and she did not even bring my remake but had a young male employee do it while she watched from her drive thru location. He was exceptionally good under the circumstances but she was not. It is one thing for team members to act in such a way, but this is completely unacceptable from management who is supposed to be the leader. I just moved back from Atlanta to the Inverness/280 area and went to this Taco Bell for some cheap, late-night food. What I found was an amazing young woman who gave me a free drink (Unsweet tea, Please!) and a new friend. What I wasn't expecting was some of the most amazing service I've ever had. . . Yes, it was later at night and they had to close the doors, but the employees were beyond compare. They were sweet, incredibly helpful, and didn't mind having the young lady and me in the store as they made our food for us.

. . Nex up was earlier today. After an awful situation at The Fresh Market further up the 280, I figured I would come back to this Taco Bell due to my previous experience. . . Well, they did NOT disappoint. Not only was I met with smiles and great service, one of them gave me a free drink! Honestly, between them and Arby's that's just around the corner from my friend's apartment, I wouldn't have ever thought that customer service could be THAT good at Taco Bell and Arby's. . . Seriously, keep paying these amazing employees great salaries/hourly wages because you have a great crew.
