UNRELIABLE I placed an online order for pick-up for 4 copper stemless champagne flutes. When I arrived to pick them up, they gave me gold ones. I said ma'am, these are gold, not copper. She apologized and tried to find the set I ordered in the back, but realized they had gave my order to another customer. Those champagne flutes were sold out EVERYWHERE so she asked if I wanted the gold ones instead. I settled for the gold, even though they looked like they had been used and returned already. She didn't offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience.
Then the next day I found a matching decanter online that I ordered for pick-up as well. I arrived to pick it up and it was severely damaged with cracks all over the gold texture. Again, it looks like someone had returned this item. But since it was the last one in stock, I settled again and just bought it because they were sold out everywhere.
2 bad experiences in a row. If you pay for a certain item & they agree to hold that item for you, you should receive that EXACT item. What is the point of ordering online if you show up and they give you a damaged/used item or the completely...

I'll go to the other World Market across town simply because it's obvious that the manager running this store on September 9, 2016 is lazy and wants to Make Sure THEY get out on time. I work in a professional customer service oriented environment and it's obvious that the manager running the joint is putting themselves and their workers ahead of the customers. = the opposite of positive customer...
Read moreThe staff here makes my visits even better when I drive over to World Market to stock up on wine. They are so helpful and it is evident that they enjoy their jobs. I go down every aisle, every time, and I always find something unique for myself or to give as a gift. But the wine is my #1 reason for the trip, because here I can find 7 and 8 dollar bottles where they are 12 to 20 dollars at my local liquor store. The selection is impressive, and there are all price points for those not necessarily looking for quantity. But if you are like me, just know there is no shame in filling up that basket, because the savings are fantastic. *You do not get a discount on the rewards card for...
