Life is full of little opportunities to make a difference, and sometimes, they come wrapped in a warm meal on a Sunday morning. My visit to Boulevard Bistro wasn’t just about breakfast—it became a reminder of how even the smallest acts of kindness can be multiplied when hearts align with purpose.
Let’s start with the essentials. The food? Good. Flavorful. I ordered the Southwest Skillet, and it came out quickly, brimming with zest and warmth—exactly what I needed to start the day. The service? Solid, dependable, and heartfelt. They were attentive and ensured my meal was just right, but where they really shined was in going the extra mile.
You see, I didn’t just stop at my own breakfast. Inspired by the quiet moments between laundry cycles (because, really, what else is Sunday morning for?), I decided to order seven additional meals to hand out to others. The team at Boulevard Bistro not only embraced this request but made it their mission to help. Each meal was carefully packed in its own plastic bag, making it so much easier to distribute. It may seem like a small detail, but it transformed a simple act of sharing into something far greater.
As I walked out with warm meals ready to share, I couldn’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude—for the kindness of the staff, for the nourishment of the food, and for the opportunity to serve others. It’s moments like these that remind us of our greater purpose: to love, to give, and to live with intention.
Thank you, Boulevard Bistro, for not just feeding me but for helping me feed the souls of others. Thank you, God, for the chance to turn breakfast...

Read moreI was excited to try the food here with all the rave reviews so I got a staple 2x2x2 and unfortunately was left disappointed with everything.
The eggs were inconsistently cooked, my pancakes were pretty dry and I felt like box pancakes are usually better, and worst of all the bacon was simultaneously chewy/tough in the fat and overcooked / burnt in spots.
It was also super disappointing that the Umbria lattes which are among my absolute favorite coffees were not made properly; the milk was definitely scorched.
My partner liked their crepes which is why I'm not going with one star. Service and atmosphere were both...
