I rarely write reviews but had such an awful experience here. Wish I could give them zero stars. Here are the list of issues:

They told me the MRI would take 45 min to an hour. I was there for about 2 hours in the MRI machine. They gave me a CD that was supposed to have the images on it. Luckily I checked when I got home and there were no images. I asked them to send them electronically rather than make me drive back there. It took at least 4 calls over several days to get my images. Each time they promised to send them right away, but never did. They were supposed to send my doctor a report. My doctor's office called saying they never received one. Both my doctor and I called asking for a copy of the report. My doctor never received one. Luckily I finally did and had to fax it over to my doctor. My doctor said the images were very poor quality and blurry. He said overall open MRIs are not as good of quality as closed, but these were worse than the usual open MRI images he's seen. Someone from this place was texting me about all my issues I had and promised to have a manager call me. They never did. My appointment with my doctor was scheduled months in advance and I almost risked having to reschedule because of all the issues I had getting my images and the report....

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like people deserve a fair heads-up before coming here. My appointment was scheduled for 12 PM, but the technician, Samina, didn’t show up until almost 1 PM. I was told she was running late, and while she did apologize, it felt like the whole experience was rushed and unprofessional. She didn’t seem to know what procedure she was doing at first, and even after I clarified it was for my neck’s soft tissue—not the thyroid—she still didn’t examine the entire area I mentioned from my doctor’s order.

After the scan, she handed me paper towels to clean up, left the room, and came back laughing and talking on her phone in another language, which felt very dismissive and unprofessional.

They did offer a discount for the hour delay, but honestly, it still felt like a waste of time and money.

I also want to make it clear: this review is for future patients, not the owner. I’m seeing on the reviews here that the owner likes to reply to reviews to defend the place but I’m not here for back-and-forth. I’m just being real.

This place feels careless. Sometimes you might get lucky, but other times, you might just walk out feeling unheard, unchecked, and...

I found this place a few months ago when I had to do my CT, since the start Cari helped me and did everything possible to accommodate me and my busy schedule, a few months later my husband broke his foot and needed a CT, since his job was very extric on allowing him to go, Cari and Julio worked together to get him in whenever my husband could go on lunch, they told me not to worry and that we were going to have it done! What an amazing people they are, so caring, understanding and kind. Yesterday I had to get a test my self, even tho it's an open mri I still had so much anxiety and on top of it I was having issues getting the docs office get the approval, but Cari worked so hard until she obtained it for me! I am so grateful to her for always caring for the patients and treating us like family. Julio was very caring and reassuring as well, he spoke to me and calm me down and I was able to successfully finish my test. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that needs to have some imaging tests done. You will always be treated with respect and kindness. Thank you so much Cari and Julio for caring for me and my husband, you guys deserve more...
