my husband rented a tuxedo for his best friends wedding, (he's a groomsmen). They didn't have the suit ready until the two days before the wedding, when we went in to try on the suit, the jacket was huge on him it was almost to his knees in length and the sleeves was almost to his finger tips. We asked if they had a shorter length jacket and they told us they didnt have anything in store but could order one and have it there in 2 days which would be the day of the wedding. I asked if I could take it to the brandon store and switch it out if they had one in stock and the employee said no. When we got up to the register and asked the regional manager what we could do to fix this problem. He told us that the jacket we had was a short length , when he said this the employee that was helping us try it on, told the manager no its a regular, the manager cut him off and said no it's a short. Then told my husband that the size jacket he needed would have to be custom made (he's 5'3) how would he need a custom made? We walked outside and looked at the size on the ticket as well as the tag inside the pocket and it was in fact a regular length. The manager lied straight to our face and just tried to get us out of the store. I called the Brandon location and the lady there was very polite and helpful. She apologized on behalf of the Lakeland stores employees, which I told her she didnt have to apologize for them, it wasnt her fault. She was able to order us a short length earliest would be Friday which again was the day of the wedding, but at least she helped and didnt lie and joke about the stature of my husband. I wont be returning to this store and not recommending it to anyone. what's the point of paying $250 for a rental when they cannot even get...

We purchased my husband’s suit to be in a family members wedding at the Lakeland location. We got the call that alterations were completed. When we picked up the suit it hadn’t even been touched. We already had issues with other suits at this location so we took it here to the Brandon location. First time we picked it up, the sleeves were way too short and the buttons on the sleeves were stacked. We never requested for stacked buttons and we also had 2 other matching suits in the same order that did not come with stacked buttons so why just the one suit? The second time when we picked it up the same issues were still present. The last time we went in, we were THEN told the undershirt they measured and sold us at the Lakeland location is too big and needed to be altered because they don’t have a shirt his size. Buttons still stacked. The button were “fixed” right there while we waited but we’re still wrong. The buttons are still stacked and were just moved directly down to sit RIGHT on the edge of the sleeve. Michael was extremely helpful . was called today to come get the final alterations done on both pants . I had purchased 2 suits, shirts and a pair of shoes. When i got there they had trouble locating one of the suits ( why werent they together knowing from the data in the system that i had two suits to have alterations done to the jackets and pants. The seamstress guy camw out and automatically pointed it all out too.. Tried one jacket on and NOTHING HAD BEEN Altered. The sleeves were still the same lentgth and the length of the jacket was still way too long and for some reason the top button wasnt lined up right and it made the jacket look longer on one side than the other, i was asked if i had ever had a shoulder injury !!! Omg i almost lost it . The second jacket had identicle issues except for the one side longer than the other. The pants were suppose to be takin in some on the legs, NOTHING WAS DONE TO THOSE EITHER. I told them Micheal took alot of time takibg critique measurwments because he wanted it to fit my body style . Im a short heavy guy. None the less. I wasnt hapoy since i had driven 40 miles to come get my suits that i paid $565 for. We shall see how the next visit goes . WISH...
