Fanzz Sports apparel by Lids — Local services in Lakewood

Went in to look around and almost walked away with a purchase. I have an access pass (rewards program) that gives me a discount as well as reward dollars to use, but every time I come to this store the staff either doesn't know how to apply discount dollars or won't add them at all when checking out. I've had no problems using my rewards in the past and even at the Lids at the same mall they'll still honor them, but never here.

Just not too long ago I tried using my rewards but the employee wouldn't let me redeem them despite telling them that Lids just did it for me literally 10 minutes ago. I even told the employee how the Lids manager did it but he wouldn't listen to me. As far as I know any other Fanzz location is better...
