GameStop — Local services in Lakewood

Just curious about your policy about asking a question on one of your Funko pops? The reason why I’m saying this is because I literally asked one of your employees how much something was they told me $12.99 then I pointed out where I found it in the store in the clearance, pointed out where I took it from directly then told me oh it shouldn’t be there took it from me, walked across the store, put it back on the shelf somewhere else. And went right back to working ignored me completely. Is that your policy for customer service Then after confronting the employer about it, what they did they acted like oh you wanna buy that why would I come up on the counter and ask how much something is just so you could take it from me and walk away and put it somewhere else in the store like you’re Lakewood location has the worst reputation for price gouging and picking and choosing who they wanna get promo cards to and how many they wanna give out at a time there shouldn’t be any different between someone you spend 50 bucks and someone to spend $100 on the difference between one promo and a stack of that nor does your location ever really have anything anymore because everything is over price for being in a mall. This store is middle of the road. There is one thing that is defining about this store, just how hard they try to get you to sign up for their power up card. I get reminded time a time again about it and honestly it is pretty irritating. They will constantly hound you about it, and it's even gone so far as me telling them I don't card when they asked me if I "wanted to save money". As far as their stock goes, they almost always have nothing figure wise. No marvel legends, no power rangers legacy, hell not even any wwe elites. Video game wise they almost always have what it is you're looking for, just make sure you are ready for a litany of questions about pre-ordering games. The Lady "Oh we can't take your Playstation 5 because there are stuff coming out of it on the paper" they didn't take my PS5 but they got away with it by making me renew Power Rewards to get more money for selling the PS5 which I couldn't sell wasted $20 plus my time.
