DISAPPOINTING and incompetent service towards the end, specifically by Jennifer W. At first, she was helpful with choosing a watch and spent her time with us, just to choose an order that was not even in stock and she didnât even bother calling. I had to call her after 5 DAYS, when she mentioned to me (after paying) that she will be the one calling 2-3 days after. I had to call to be informed about the status of the watch to be delivered; and when I first called on, I believe Saturday, I talked to a worker named Genesis who sounds so confused the whole time and didnât know what to do. She couldnât even find the order after giving an order number and an e-mail address. Asked to talk to the manager and she said she would call, but the manager never called and went home, well?
So I waited two more days, maybe Jennifer would be back by then, and she didnât call. So I called her, and thatâs THE ONLY TIME she checked on the order! She didnât even check beforehand, and her coworkers didnât either! She only found out it was discontinued AFTER I CALLED, and if I didnât call, what? I wonât ever get the money back and I wonât know that the watch is coming after all? It was supposed to be a nice gift for my mother, so if you were in my place fellow readers, how would you feel? Really disappointed because I thought Jennifer was going to be a great employee of Kays.
So, I went a few days later to receive my refund. Jennifer just looked at us and sat on a chair, expecting me to still buy from her because there was a discontinuation, and just said âSorry,â then resumed with her own work. Omg. Nothing else, she just continued with her work as if it wasnât a major problem. She didnât call to inform me, and I had to call.

Once my wife opened them we saw that the post were crooked on both of them, along with the backing not resting correctly. I then came to a store location to be told that since I purchased online there was nothing they could do in the store. I was then told since I did not purchase the protection which was an additional 100 and something dollars that I would have to pay for them to be sent out and fixed.
