I've eaten here three times. The first time, I dined in. It was expensive, and the portion seemed small, but the food was good. The second time, I ordered carryout. I showed up a half hour later, as instructed over the phone, and they were just preparing my food and I had to wait for ten or fifteen minutes. The man who was seating people said they were slammed. There were two parties seated, and another came in while I was waiting. When I got the food home, my order had been made with chicken, instead of the pork that I ordered. Tonight I ordered online. My wife got there 50 minutes later and my online order was still sitting on the printer. They prepared everything while she waited. I'd ordered medium spice but my food was super spicy. The lady who owns the place was unable to refund the $1.50 online order fee even though the online system said my order had been accepted, when in actuality, it was still sitting on the printer when my wife got there. I gave this place two stars because the food is decent. But customer service is almost non-existent. The poor man who takes orders and seats customers has been working for a month and apparently has gotten no training. The owner needs every penny she can get to stay in business, apparently, since she couldn't even comp me the $1.50 online order fee. I really miss the old Pad Thai that used...

They are as bad on the phone as they are in person to know they have line of peopleutside and it still takes 45 min to talk to someone on the phone they need to start paying by the person not by the hour they act like we don't have something else to do but no is or do and jail is were you go a waist of time and money it's just a way for them to take money from...
