Staff not too friendly. I went in to buy something for my Wife.

Had my two daughters with me. Staff that assisted me was GREAT!!!!!!

Patient even though I know it was busy and helped me find what I needed. I know what I needed and was focused.

Spent about 3 minutes with staff and had the four items I wanted.

But checking out the staff I didn't know there was another line to check out...she saw me waiting for like 5 minutes before telling me I had to go somewhere else to check out...........she even told someone standing behind me to go to next register but didn't say anything to me and I was standing in front of her. She told me like 3 minutes later that I had to go to the "main register" to check out and they would send me to them if needed......

Just disappointing customer service. Tough when you have kids 4 and 6 years old with you and hard enough to try to get in and out of stores.

May not go again and just go to Cerritos...

The employees in the store were nasty and rude to me. There was a girl behind the register, helping customers in line, I was at the end of the line waiting quietly and she chose not to help me, looked at me standing there while she walked away to go fold clothes. There was a manager helping someone nearby, and instead of asking the girl to come back, the manager sent me across three rooms after waiting in line for 10 minutes to go to another employee, who was snappy with me about an online return I had with items purchased on my VS CARD. I’ve never had an experience with so many employees in one store having such bad energy, including the manager. Hope you all find something to be happy about or find jobs that aren’t in customer service - it does not...

This isn't the best Victoria Secret...i went in looking for new bras and i was having a hard time getting right fit. Young women in fitting room said i should be sized and to my shock she insisted that i was 2 cup sizes smaller than what i have been wearing for 20 years. Seriously i haven't worn the size she gave since i was 12😹😹 of course they didn't fit!!! Than i asked her to bring me the size i usually wear in a style she thought would correct the problem and she brought me 2 of the ugliest grandma bras I've ever seen!!! Think boxed bras your mom and nana used to wear!!! Left the store buying a few bottles of perfume that was on sale. They really need to train their staff better and maybe get new lighting in dressing rooms. It was really dark...
