Puff 'N Stuff — Local services in Lancaster

Loved the store. Thought the dudes where cool. However I don't trust the quality and craftsmanship of their glass work. Especially considering on my second use of a piece that was bought from there the sidewall of the glass bowlhead broke just cashing it out. I did call the shop and they weren't willing to do any kind of refund to my card which sucked because I paid $18.00 for something I got to use once. Their comment was " It happens ". Well it shouldn't happen if you're selling non cheap glass made from good materials like Pyrex. I feel robbed all because"I put my lips on it". It's like their waiver to say screw you. I guess the cheap prices strongly reflect the quality.

Edit: Not even a month later my second piece broke while inside a protective case. Both just broke while doing nothing and for no reason. I've had the same pieces for over 10 years and this is bullshit. I know how to take care of my stuff....

I saw there notes in wish they say our feedback is important to them well let me tell you my experience, I'm a herbalist currently studying medicine, someone bought Kratom there for me to make him some capsules but h later he said the kratom dint work, yesterday august 30 I bough some for my wife she said they dint do nothing and she potentiate with tylenol and saint Johns worth I'm a 25 year herbalist so I knew right away they are buying from a bad supplier, this Kratom is low on the 3 diferentes alkaloids if it has any and this can affect there sales so I call today August 31, at 1:13 pm when I was trying to explain to the guy who answer the phone he cut me short asking what was my question so I told him his kratom is not good and I wanted to recomend a good supplier widh i happen to know plenty but he said if you dint like it don't buy it ! Very immature and rude, I hope is not...

I walked a total of 45 minutes to get to this store only to be there a total of 5 minutes during that time the associate working there asked me what I needed about 3 times and I just wanted to look around and pick up some fun stuff... I felt very uncomfortable and racially profiled... and I could tell he couldn't care less about my experience. I was looking for lighters intentionally and he told me there were none and I found one immediately after looking around....(Mind you it's a smoke shop...). I did end up making a few purchases and was given the smallest paper bag ever to carry two mid to large sized items (they had larger bags...). Overall, I felt rushed, and profiled by the associate which is crazy because how can you be intimidated by someone wearing a Patagonia quarter zip and fresh white crocs? .... Definitely wasn't worth the walk unfortunately. Wishing better for this...
