Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Lansing Charter Township

Ive always loved wild bills. They can be quite busy at times, but thats of no fault of theirs, apart from good service. Their selection of vapes, vape juices and vape accessories is pretty good. Their cigar selection is massive, at least its the only place ive been to with a walk in humidor with shelves lined with various cigars. And their marijuans smoking accessories is pretty good, complete with a variety of wraps, glass, torches and even cool mystery bags you csn buy filled with one hitters, pipes, papers, wraps, grinders, etc. I dont even smoke weed but ive bought them and given them to friends just for the fun of it. Most of the time if i go in and its not busy the staff will engage in conversation, and even when busy they still are very respectful and kind. Plus theyre extremely helpful, ranging from helping to pick out a vape mod suited for your style or recommending a cigar, they do much more than just work a register. And generally they know what theyre talking about, probably 70% of what i buy from there is directly off their personal recommendations and ive never been dissapointed. Theyve even taken looks at my vapes when they were acting up and occasionally fix them (when its a simple problem such as a bad gasket in the tank or a corroded connection on the mod) or give tips on how to get around the problems. Plus their wild wednsday deals are pretty decent as well. I would recommend wild bills to anyone who vapes, smokes pipe tobacco, self rolled cigs, pot or cigars higher than swisher sweets. 3 Stars I have to say, the humidor while smaller than other stores is excellently well kept and organized. Whatever cigar you buy will be preserved at superior quality.

I’m the kind of guy who loves the quite artisan hobby of enjoying cigars and smoking them to escape the loudness of people and the world. I’ll prefer to spend hours online studying a product before I ever step foot into a store. Then in store another hour or two when I have it alone in the humidor making up my mind and enjoying the library of beauty that is a walk in humidor. Being baby sat like a suspected shoplifter is the biggest pet peeve I have. I rather be left alone then patted down on my way out.

I’m a regular customer at this store I buying cigars weekly there with an average expense of around 70.oo a month. This is my biggest complaint: Staff tends to be a little too zealous (abrasively so) with watching you right at your shoulder all while giving there unasked for opinions about products and telling you what you should have.

If your looking for sexual harrassment and identity theft then you're at the right place. I got passed to sexual harrassment after being put in such an uncomfortable situation I wanted to leave without purchasing my product, but had already drove there for it. Now I wish i did just leave without buying. When I went to pay the cashier told me to purposely insert my card in the chip reader backwards then flip it around and it will run it, thinking this was odd I figured "okay maybe their having a problem with their machine and this is the way around it" so I did. A week later I got my card info stolen and have 7 purchases that were not made by me. Avoid if I were you. Now have to deal with this through my bank and I'm sure I'm not the only one they have...
