Geek Squad — Local services in Las Cruces

I went in for an appointment to have my iPhone serviced yesterday 3:20pm 5/11/25 and the guy at the front desk of Geek Squad asked about my issue. I was explaining how my battery isn’t holding a charge like it used to. In the middle of my explaining, his supervisor asks a question to an associate nearby and he jumps into their conversation as if I wasn’t in the middle of talking. It felt disrespectful to not be attentive to a CUSTOMER in the middle of them speaking (let alone how rude it is to walk away when anyone is talking to you). Ultimately he did refer me to another business that was able to help. Still he seemed dismissive and inattentive throughout our talking and I wouldn’t want to go there again for help. Do not get your TV repaired with Geek Squad. They only give you a 30 Day Warranty for replacing your parts for refurbished parts. My TV was covered under Insignia Warranty (which is a BestBuy Television), so they sent out Geek Squad free of charge. It would have cost me just $150 to have the Squad come out and take a look at the TV, not including the parts and labor. It was just 47 days later and the TV broke again, literally 17 days past the 30 Day Warranty and they said there was nothing they can do. I was so upset that they replaced my TV parts with old refurbished parts that blow up a few days later, sounds like a con to me. Please save the trouble and take it to a local professional that offers at least 90...

Had a site survey tonight, they arrived at 7:55pm, 5 minutes before the 8pm deadline. I had previously, on the phone, explained what I wanted done but had to explain again. They didn't know where to find the antenna cable distribution box but they finally found it outside. As for the antenna installation they couldn't seal the install and tge antenna had to be installed on side of house. When I ask them just to give me an estimate for the install, they both decided they wouldn't be able to do the install afterall. So it's a free site survey but they won't do anything unless you commit for Bestbuy to do the installation. Thanks...
