Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Las Cruces

The cake is as expected, but I have never had such poor service. Walk in, a single customer in the lobby, all staff in the back ( I assume preparing her order), I wait about 5 minutes. A staff member comes from the back, checks something in their glass display and proceeds to go back without even acknowledging I'm there. I continue to wait, I can see people moving about in the back, at least 2, if not 3 staff members, hear wrappings and boxes, so yes they are busy, but there is absolutely no way to call for anyone's attention, I'm just there for a pick up. By the time one of the staff comes to the store front with the other customer's order, it has now been over 15 minutes and there are 5 more customers who came after me while waiting. The store is pretty small, so safe to say the place was full. Staff member delivers order to customer, asks what I need, give her my name, my order was ready all along, takes less than a minute to get my order, and off she goes " Next!", without even asking if I needed anything else. It really was such a waste of time and I'm still in disbelief that none of the staff members could hear multiple people coming in, talking on the phone and to each other, if I can hear what is going on in the back they can hear their...

Having never tried this bakery, I chose it based off the awesome reviews. I was hesitant, but hopeful when placing my order online for my partners 30th birthday. I decided to go with the marble Bundt cake, along with an additional box of bundtinis. I requested they call me on their way because it was a surprise. I am so happy to share that my experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes was amazing. They called prior to arriving, just like I asked. I love how they were on board with my surprise. The presentation was beautiful and the cakes are the best Bundt cakes I’ve ever had!! No exaggeration. Moist, dense, flavorful not to mention adorable. I’m a professional private chef, I can say everything was absolutely on point. Perfection. My partner loved everything. I will definitely be ordering again. Updated review: So I picked up my cake and it ended up being so disappointing and so embarrassing. I bought the cake for a small gathering of 8 and when we opened the box it was a mess. I couldn’t even eat any because of the embarrassment. I was the cake person! The cake was a mess, it was decorate very poorly I uploaded a picture to show. I previously bought cakes here before and was never disappointed until today.
