Well, this is the last time I’ll be visiting this store. For the last 4-5 months I’ve had issues with them. It’s all surrounding LACK of customer service and food quality. First of all every time I’ve written their owners about my sub par experience it’s gone with no response. So maybe making several Gmail accounts to complain will get their attention. This time I went through the drive thru and the woman who was at the window seemed to hate her life, cool, & apparently that’s my fault because she definitely acted like my being there at 3pm was a burden. Then they got my order wrong and when I brought it to her attention I was told “well they charged for blah blah blah”. Cool, that doesn’t mean that’s what I ordered. Then I get home and my food was disgusting. Fries were brown and had clearly been made in days old oil, as well as my chicken that tasted like rubber. I’m so sick of telling them to do better and they just keep doing worse. Clearly the owners are just desperate to make a dollar instead of providing quality. Hopefully they shut down soon and bring something worthwhile in. Also, I’m from GA and honestly I’ve never had CFA taste THIS bad or had such awful experiences there. Arriving at the restaurant around 5:20PM, I anticipated a swift pickup process. However, my excitement soon turned into frustration as I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes to receive my order. The delay was already disheartening, but matters worsened when I finally received my order, only to discover that it was incorrect. The items did not match what I had meticulously selected and paid for online, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. Then, I look on the ticket and they had barley put my order in at 5:42pm.. I didn’t leave until right before 6 and was late. As a loyal customer of Chick-fil-A, I have always admired their commitment to quality and service. Regrettably, this instance fell short of their usual standards. The extended wait time and the mistake in my order left a sour taste in my mouth, figuratively speaking. I hope that Chick-fil-A addresses these issues to ensure that such lapses in service do not occur in the future. Did receive a re fund which cfa automatically chose to do. I did not ask for. as they cannot remake food after close which is understandable. Employees clueless as to handle a situation like this. All I wanted was my food (which I threw the whole order away Disgusted from drinking bugs. Shift lead rude and failed to answer or even attempt to answer any of the questions I asked stating "you where already taken care of" and we are not going to remake the food essentially because you did not ask us to the day before when we asked "is there anything else we can do?. Um yeah you can remake my food that was never offered to be remade. And I'm not going to ask you to do so when I'm Disgusted from drinking bugs and after you guys closed which is why I'm asking now. Appears the children put in these positions are just not equipped to have a simple conversation, much less make decisions to protect the business.
