The Ipostal1 mail services/mailboxes at this Staples have been difficult to appreciate and would not be recommended to beginning business owners. It's Thu Sept 19th, 2024 2:30AM, waiting on the side of a Country Rd for my UPS package to be displayed in my mailbox so that I can request a paid shipping order/and pay fee to get my cell phone that was delivered on Mon Sept 16 at 12:30pm. It's a cricket cell phone that may have reception at the office grid location I am allowed to perform inspections and tests prior or while purchasing that parcel. The current overpaid MetroPCS cell isn't working there and will be gone soon. It takes miles, flat tires, tampered oil plugs and other constant harassment to make calls or to even check my digital ipostal1 mailbox.
I know that it will take more days to even mail the package to me and that my current phones will be deactivated soon. My call to Staples to pls request to add the delivered UPS package to my inbox/mailbox asap, was useless. My entire business is going to hell over this Staples. 3 wks ago, I drove 500+ miles after they had confirmed that they indeed had the mail in my mailbox ready for pickup. Not only was I accosted at the parking lot by some strange lady whom wouldn't stop bothering me at my car. That we've just been kept stranded in for over 4months, so all the efforts to make it to this Staples to pick up a few things that can make this situation less horrid was really important. Then the staples at the shipping desk suddenly made up that my packages were with the "USPS post master's, not in my mailbox at Staples. Which turned out they were in the mailbox at Staples anyways and it cost me another 80 to get it delivered. The next package with my meds are mia, they won't assist in getting it returned from or with UPS, a free included service that I paid the 20$ shipping cost for. It keeps on going, and they said they were too busy to put my UPS package with the cell phone in my mailbox. I bet it's says Cricket Wireless and that there is no coincidence that they're not putting it in my mailbox so I am in time active the cell phone and more crap and expenses continue to accumulate, preventable. It's been one traumatic experience and long times on the phone to try to get them to help. It's paid per mail or package, and not worth losing my entire business over to a Staples whom goes BK and forth that they don't manage/handle Ipostal1 mail at their shipping or mail desk. If someone can help me resolve this, bc things are just continuing to get worse due to these companies, they really stopped caring . And I really appreciate their assistance so much, it's too bad. I understand they're very busy and hard working. Is it necessary to have me drive miles each time to hope this time, this week they'll allow me to get my packages?? #disrespectful...
Read moreOh, where do I even begin with my recent trip to Staples? It's been a good five years since I stepped into any office supply store, but fate (and an Amazon return) led me to this hidden gem. Let me tell you, the magic of the place is all thanks to the wizardry of Alexander J. Pryor, a true team leader.
Picture this: I stroll in for a return, and Alexander greets me like a long-lost friend. His infectious enthusiasm made me forget I was here just to drop off a package. It turns out, this guy is not just any employee; he's the manager. Surprise!
As I aimlessly roamed the store, a minor hiccup occurred. But fear not, Alexander was on the case faster than you can say "office supplies." Even my silliest question became his top priority, and his attitude made me curious about what else the store had to offer.
And let's talk about the atmosphere he's cultivated – Jay, Linzey, and Eric were like the dream team of good vibes. They were actually enjoying their work! I can't quite put my finger on it, but there was an "atmosphere" that made me want to buy everything in that Staples.
Now, a message for Staples Corporate: You guys have cracked the code on customer service, but let's talk products. It's time to ditch the competition with electronics stores. Instead, be the cool sidekick with those 9 key electronic products you've got in bulk at a sweet discount.
I'm all for change, and I suggest you find new products that scream "HOME OFFICE" to complement our beloved electronics. Make shopping at Staples an office luxury experience, not just a hunt for the same old stuff from the last two decades. Focus on the top three sellers, buy them in bulk, offer them at a discount, and strategically place them so we have to stroll through the shiny, new products you're itching to show off.
I'm not here to nitpick; I'm here to dream of a store that embodies the PERFECT HOME OFFICE.
And hey, here are four solutions to get you started on this journey:
Soul Seat - Link - $978 - Yes, I'd shell out that much for a seat that promises comfort for the next 5 to 10 years.
Book Storage Equipment (bookcases, bookends, bookshelves)
Mobile Electronics Accessories
Home Storage
Imagine a Staples where the aisles are filled with innovative solutions for the modern home office – that's a store I'd visit again and again. Cheers to...
Read moreI submitted a review at google To call out Staples about Staples Daniel N. The Manager who does want me to know his name are scammers and crooks. They bait and switched me like this, They offered Affirm credit card for 1200 of goods. The offer was 4 equal payments zero interest. I have a credit score of 743 so I assumed the offer was good. Later on Sunday I received an email that I didn't qualify so the rate of interest was28%. I took cash to Staples to buy it outright and cancel the affirm card that has screwed many people. I tried to pay Tuesday. This Affirm credit card offers loan between 0 and 36% Its a rip off card. Daniel told me the Message from Affirm was probably a scam email. He was lying threw his teeth. The Manager final let me buy the stuff Wednesday He presented me the final for the Computer and my printer with a charge for $132 interest 4 days at the interest rate of 28%. My first review was long with more detail. This Sack of a Manager called me a lair and confused in his reply to my complaint. I have called in an official complaint to the Staples office of President. Whatever that means. They will call me Monday. I want the Manager and Daniel N Fired! I can't wait to see Smiling Jack the rip off artists second attempt to discredit my very serious complaint. It will just be another nail...
