Taco Bell — Restaurant in Las Cruces

This is my Taco Bell I regularly frequent because it is very convenient for me. I have been eating at Taco Bell's ever since the Beefy Toastada was served. Bet no one remembers that ancient artifact 😁. I have read some of the reviews and I can honestly say this particular Taco Bell is making a herculean effort to improve as there were several undesirables intentionally trying to hurt the business (my opinion of course but who wants panhandlers sitting next to the entrances). Really a nice place and the kid's (employees) are trying hard, and succeeding. COVID really took a toll. The employee turnover rate was remarkable in the way management handled it. The vegetarian menu is a great addition, the bathrooms are clean and are "policed" regularly. (See panhandlers above). The dinning area is comfortable and even has bar stool seating as well as comfortable booths. Modern music is playing on the loudspeakers as there is a middle school right up the road. Go...

I frequently buy the chicken quesadillas here and usually they are not cut all the way through. Tonight I thought I'd tell the clerk who waited on me to please tell the quesadilla person to cut the pieces on my three quesadillas all the way through. The "person" heard what I was saying and I saw him peek around the corner and look at me. When my order was ready, I took it home and when we sat down to eat at home, all my quesadillas had all the chicken lumped in the middle and were whole, not even cut into pieces!! The guy who prepared them and overheard me ask to please cut them all the way through and decided to spite me, lump all the chicken in the middle and not even cut them!! This is so petty and I was so angry that I am not going to go to this particular location again. I'm paying for a product that's being sold and it wasn't even prepared the way it's supposed to be prepared?! Why should I even have to ask, or even...

FYI: TACO BELL MAKE SURE YOUR PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO COUNT, OUR RECEIPT STATES THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET $7.26, BILL WAS $12.74 WE PAID WITH A $20. DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT FOR THE GIRL (KELLER P) WHO CLEARLY CANNOT ADD TO DOUBLE CHECK HER "MATH" SO CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER "CEASAR" HE SAID WE COULD DRIVE BACK AND HE COULD CHECK THE "CAMERAS" I SAID WE DIDN'T NEED THE 1$ BUT IF SHE SHORT CHANGED US WAS SHE ALSO GIVING OUT MORE CHANGE THAN SHE SHOULD? HIS RESPONSE "OK THANK YOU MA'AM I WILL CHECK THE CAMERA'S". BTW HE STOOD THERE AFTER WE GAVE HER A $20 GOT 2 DRINKS NO CHANGE AND THEN SHE TRIED TO CHARGE US $25 FOR THE ORDER AFTER OURS. BTW DOESN'T THE REGISTER TELL YOU HOW MUCH CHANGE YOU SHOULD GIVE BACK?? IT'S ON MY RECEIPT.... YOU'RE WELCOME FOR THE EXTRA 1$ TACO...
