I don't usually write reviews but I need to in this case. Yesterday (Sunday April 13) I received an UberEats order around 1 PM. I got there approximately 15 minutes later. Mark said he hasn't started the order, but he will do it next. (He's currently helping another customer, no problem). I use the bathroom, go back to my car. Then a new customer enters the store. When I come back, he's taking the new customer's order! I ask him if he can start making mine because I got there first, but he says "it's store policy to help in store customers before UberEats."
Wtf, even though I got there first, it's store policy to help in store customers first?
When it was finally my "turn," Mark didn't rush to help. He got himself a glass of water and slowly started sipping it. He put the salmon on the grill, flipped it once, then went to the back room.
I'm not even exaggerating. Everything I say can be verified by the cameras. He was in the backroom for at least 5 minutes. Another customer was annoyed waiting for him.
I heard the timer beep on the salmon, and he waited another 3 minutes before taking it off the grill.
The salmon was charred on one side. How does serving your customer charred salmon punish me?
At the end, I told him it's rare for me to wait 15+ minutes for an Uber pick up, and he didn't apologize. He just said "the salmon takes a while." No duh, especially when you leave it on the grill 3 minutes past the timer.
Mark, do better next time. Lose the attitude. You forgot about my order twice (it should have been ready when I got there, and you shouldn't have served a new customer who entered the store after me).
And when you forget about an order, you should apologize. Don't make up fake excuses and "punish" me by taking a water break and serving your customer charred salmon.
Do better or find a different job. I hope your manager checks the security camera starting around 1:15 so he can verify everything...
Read moreI recently visited Hummas Bowls and Wraps, and it was an outstanding culinary experience! This charming eatery offers a mouthwatering selection of fresh and healthy Mediterranean-inspired dishes that cater to both vegans and meat lovers alike.
The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of spices and freshly prepared ingredients. The menu is diverse, featuring a variety of customizable bowls and wraps, allowing you to mix and match your favorite flavors. I opted for the savory chicken wrap, which was packed with tender, marinated chicken, crisp veggies, and the star of the show—their creamy hummus!
Every bite was a burst of flavor, and I especially loved the homemade hummus, which added a delicious touch. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and wholesome, making it a guilt-free meal that left me feeling satisfied.
The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff took the time to explain the menu options, ensuring that I found the perfect dish for my cravings. The relaxed atmosphere made it a great spot for a quick lunch or a casual dinner with friends.
Overall, Hummas Bowls and Wraps is a hidden gem that I can’t recommend enough. If you're looking for a healthy and delicious meal with plenty of options, this is the place to be! I’m already looking forward to...
Read moreThe place was absolutely dead on 5.3.23 at 4pm and yet no one was there to take our order for many minutes when we entered; i should have taken that as a hint to leave.
The young girl (Mia? Mya ? ) working didn't know the menu and asked for a repeat on a simple order more than 2 times. She then tried to overcharge for a kabab because "the shrimp one isn't on the computer so I'll just charge for the steak". She straight up overcharged for a regular side of fries (we didn't catch it at the time so just let it go ) and THEN gave us (and charged for) a side of falafel because " I have no idea what the falafel pillow is so I just made this instead "
Lastly, and worse yet, she was overheard telling the boy she was working with "sorry I don't speak Mexican "
Additionally, The boy working was filling up a personal drink and then immediately handling food without gloves .
Some other employee (a tall man, seemed like potentially a manager which makes it worse ) came into the dining area from the back dripping sweat and in workout clothes ; absolutely disgusting .
Hands down the most unprofessional establishment in the Las Vegas / Summerlin area which is a shame because the food that came out that was correct was decent .
Truly do not recommend anyone coming here unless...
