World famous Takero cachondo — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I ordered the carne asada fries ( no pico de Gallo ) and the hot link plate ( no Pico de Gallo, no ketchup, no mustard, substitute the nacho cheese with shredded cheese ). When I got home I guess I assumed the fries would be... Good! I mean it says "World Famous Fries" on the side of their truck, I didn't think the fries would be store bought, oil soaked, flimsy fries! The hot link was good, the carne asada fries tasted like a soup because of all the nacho cheese they used on the fries ( which is disgusting ) instead of using actual shredded cheddar cheese that melts on top of the fries. And if they cut their own potatoes and fried them so that they were crispy instead of flimsy that would be 1000% better.. I'm beyond disappointed, never...

It was just not right i dont know.. I just hope it was tonight's food that had tht quality others seem to enjoy the food here. But it was dry, the meat chunks were pretty large and had lots of stringy bits and tendons. It felt pretty lukewarm. It didn't have much of a sear, maybe lack of oil or fat? Dried up instead. And the flavors were a bit off, I think it has great flavor profile but just not seasoned enough. The chorizo tasted nasty tho, maybe needs more cooking time and more chopping? The salsas were mediocre as well. I'd come back again to see if it was just tonight. But it wasn't great at all. The lady was sweet tho(it's the order...
