IHOP — Restaurant in Nevada

Came in to dine in , it was a customer right before me , the lady handled them then when it was my Turn she start looking in the sky and away then walked off , went over to go help some other customers so i just patiently waited then she took a few mins to come back she pretended like she was doing stuff again , so when she came came back it was my Turn to be helped , she didnt speak she just grabbed our menus and sat us down , she didn’t tell us our waitress name or nothing , so 6 mins go by the waitress came “ still don’t know her name “ she was more polite though , she took our orders “Tried to do it off memory “ but that didn’t work so now we waiting 30/35 more mins for the food , she comes with some food “ that wasn’t Waht i ordered “ she took it back, came back with my partners food and just my pancakes , so now i wait another 10/15 mins for the rest of my food “ now my pancakes are cold” so she brings the rest of the food , &&’ not the syrup “ remind yu i asked for syrup when i placed the order “ so now im waiting a good 10 more minutes for syrup she comes back ask if we are okay im like uhh i just need syrup she says ok, leaves 5 mins pass still no syrup , so now im highly frustrated still being patient she keeps saying “ sorry for the wait “ like why is everything a wait 🤦🏾‍♀️, so now i finally have all my food and the syrup and my food cold and i no longer want it smh , so now it’s time to pay , we get the check we go pay the lady gets my money , says okay I’ll be back with your change , she leave now here i am waiting again for her to come back with my change the lady comes back start helping other ppl i asked her where was my change she states she gave it to someone else , so now i wait some more for who ever else is suppose to bring my change, the waitress comes up like “Sorry for the wait “ and as a frustrated customer i told her “ it’s been a wait since i got here , i just want my change “ she gave me my change &&’ i left moral is DO NOT GO TO THIS IHOP THEY ARE VERY SLOW &&’ lack customer service &&’ professional!!! Zero stars!!! Came in couple days ago for breakfast. We were the ONLY CUSTOMERS! That should of been a red flag!!! I sat down to order food anyway. Ordered eggs soft, crispy bacon, crispy hashbrowns and pancakes. I repeated my order twice with the specific easy request. "Daisy M" asked me..."so you want it burnt?"(with an attitude) Did I say I wanted it burnt?? The bacon was half raw, the eggs were regular ( not soft) and the hashbrowns were cold and uncoocked in the middle. Daisy M's deameanor and attitude I didn't appreciate. I told her to take the bacon off and she brought out some bacon crispy anyway. It should of been crispy the first time. I don't want it because I don't send food back to be possibly altered with. When the cook doesn't cook the food correctly it possibly messes with the servers tip! (Tipped her anyway tho she didn't desrve it!) You need to have a refresh course with Daisy M and the cook. How was my order not correct when absolutely NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE!?? Even tried to give Daisy M some tips on proper etiquette in being a server that would benefit her in the long run (being that I was familiar with being a server as well in a 5 star well known accomplished establishment)Think the advice went in one ear and out the other. If she put as much effort as in applying her make up and apperance towards serving the community correctly she would be a great server lol. This use to be a great place to eat that stayed pack years ago. I liked when I had the pleasure to be served by the older ladies. They were pleasant, got your order right and didn't give you a side of bipolar attitude!!! Management needs to do better with whom they choose who are young and act like they don't want to be at work and don't know how to communicate properly and respectful! Will NEVER visit this...

I dined in today for my anniversary with my partner expecting a good dining experience but I was wrong. The server I had was a sweetheart HOWEVER, the stores general manager Desirae is absolutely awful from what I hear. My server told us that there was no actual napkins to use because Desiree the manager did not want to order any actual sanitary ones, instead the manager saved the money for herself.

So we had to use Toilet paper which was gross and almost gone in the bathrooms because it seemed the whole restaurant was using toilet paper as there was nothing else. Furthermore I ordered an omelet and it was said by the server that it would be missing peppers, avocado, onion, and sour cream and my server said that it was because they where out of supplied due to mismanagement from her manager.

For the price we pay to come to ihop you would think we’d at least get bare minimum but that was not the case. I basically just ate a plain omelet with cheese and still had to pay the same price. Which is unfair and not okay, especially when I took my partner out here to Las Vegas to make good memories, not bad ones about our terrible dinning experience.

I also had coffee and there was no cream available at all. It was Ridiculous, four dollars for nothing.

Honestly don’t come to this store. I’m telling everyone how awful it is, you’re better off making your own food or eating at a better restaurant that is not ihop. I regret this dinning experience as I was looking for something comfortable, reliable, and affordable and that was not found.
