Checkers — Restaurant in Maryland

Me and my husband and son went here after a long day at my son football game so we where hungry. We been seeing commercial for the new Gorida sandwich and couldn't wait to try it. The food was good. The service was horrible. After waiting for food which was ok cause I knew it was fresh and hot she hands me a bag and closed the window. I forgot to order my son mozzarella stick so my husband goes to front window to order so we don't hold up the line. Mind you when she hands me the bag she slammed to window shut. I wait cause she said nothing to me. Then she comes back and ask did you need something. So I replied idk I wasn't sure if this was it you never said a word to me no thank you no have a good day no Bye nothing so I dint know if I was done or not. She said yes your done. Also she never gave us ketchup which was requested, or straws. So i said well thanks for letting me know so I ask her name she say look I'm busy with a line mind you 2 people in line myself and 1 car. So your to busy to do basic customer service . She still never gave me her name. I ask my husband who at the walk up.window to get her name she refuses to give it to him also. I have a receipt. The young lady had short hair with light blond/violet color and a tattoo across her neck. She really needs retraining in customer service even when under pressure. The lack of experience/ customer service is horrible at this location. Mind you I don't go to checkers often mabe 5 time ever. And this will be the last if this is how they treat...

I would love to actually not give any stars. I ordered a baconzilla meal no mayo, big Buford meal and 5 wings. I was told it was gonna be a wait for the wings and I was cool with that. I was told to pull around to the parking lot and they would bring my food to me. 20 minutes passed and one of the employees came out to my car and told me to pull back around to the drive thru to get my food. I pulled back around and waited. When someone finally came to the window I got a confused look like they didn’t know what I was there for. I told the guy I didn’t receive my food and he said it’s not his fault, what did I get and closed the window. At that point I started to get really angry and I’m sure he could tell. I sat there for another 5 minutes and he came back with the baconzilla meal, wings and some pies, said sorry for the inconvenience and closed the window. I checked the bag and saw that I was missing the big Buford meal. I honked the horn to get the guy attention he ignored me. Another couple of minutes went by he came back again with another sandwich no fries.

When I finally got home my boyfriend and I opened our sandwiches and both were drenched in mayo and the baconzilla had no bacon. Please don’t go here after 12am if at all. Complete waste of money and rude staff. I will NEVER...

There's nothing particular wrong with Checkers. They're just not my bag. There's a reason I don't go here. The checker burgers are just sub-par when compared to other places I've been. I don't know if the patties are too small or the buns are just too big, but the taste just boils down to mediocre for me.

The fries were hot, fresh, and delicious, but that's just about it. Maybe I should have gotten the double or added tomatoes, smh. I, unfortunately, will not be back, but if I somehow get back here, I'll probably just get fries or try something entirely different. The customer service was great, however, so I at least appreciate that aspect...
