This antique mall has been a staple for me since I was a child. I have been coming here since I was in elementary school. I am now in my 30s with young children of my own. One thing I fondly remember is coming up every weekend and the first thing my best friend and I did was go there before going to the lake. Never once in my life of stepping through those doors have I ever felt like I was treated unfair or in a rude way. Store policy is store policy. That goes for any store, big chain to family owned. This store holds a lot of core memories that I will forever hold on to. It breaks my heart that there are so many individuals advocating behind one man’s response that I’m sure have never even stepped foot in that building. Which they should, because this is one amazing place you do not want to miss out on. I am sorry to the man whose grandsons heart was broken… but as the adult it should have never been left in the child’s hands to handle. Without a doubt I will continue shopping here. It’s a wonderful place where you never know what new treasure you will find! When a business clearly states they do not accept returns, it does not change to the age of the customer.

It’s okay to be angry. We tell our YOUNG students that all the time. Yet, it’s how you use that anger that can hurt you. Next time, be nice or don’t say anything nice at all!!

Always enjoy our trips to this antique mall… the ladies behind the counter are always very nice and pleasant. There is a no return policy as well as no checks but it clearly states this on a sign in the front when you go to check out. We have been going to this antique mall for the last 15+ years and have never had a bad experience. Maybe Kevin should READ before he purchased! It’s sorry to see “Pastor” Kevin and his little peons writing such terrible things… especially since those individuals ‘claim’ to be of the Christian faith. It’s not very Christian like to have your “friends”/members of your cult who have never stepped foot in a business write a bad review… sounds a lot like bullying or the mean girls if you ask me. The store is pretty nice, seems to have a fairly wide selection and be well organized. Just an opinion but they should just close at 5 if they want to be out of there by 5:30. It takes a little bit to close any store. They lock the doors early and give an attitude if its close to closing time. I'd never expect to shop or be in a store after posted hours. All we can do is go by the hours THEY choose and post, it's simple. They let me in somewhat like they were doing me a favor and I didn't think much of it. I was polite as always and it was a friendly enough exchange. Then within 20 feet another work says in a very quiet voice while passing me "we're closing", totally unnecessary and rude the way it was said. At that point I'm starting to notice a trend. Got another comment after that and I wasn't there for more than 5 minutes. I was super respectful and friendly. Something rubbed me the wrong way and I believe I have a good sense for...
