They have a fantastic selection of tools, garden supplies, and household essentials, all at competitive prices. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I have NO clue how they have a rating of 4.6! Every single time I go in there NO ONE helps me. NO ONE knows anything! The cashiers are incredibly rude and have absolutely no idea how to operate a cash register or how to count back change. And the only person in there that moves with a sense of urgency seems to be Tammy. I guarantee she doesn't get paid enough to deal with that store. While I appreciate the store for the convenient location, multiple times we have been let down by a young woman. Months ago, she ran away 5 minutes to close when we tried to get something last minute. Today, we just spent $110 dollars and she denied us an exchange of 2 $1 dollar bills for $2 in quarters.
