Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lavonia

1st- Their value meno is 50 cent .79 cent more than other taco bells around. They jack up all their prices compared to others, to the point we no longer go to that one. We will pick up at another location when in area. They are bad at skimping on their ingredients, I know tacos are suppose to have meat somewhere on it. Only plus is the employees are very nice. I am thinking it's not their idea to skimp o Ingredients since the owner Jack's up the prices also. 5h8s isn't since covid it was doing this before. Every now and then we go and order 2 value menu burrito to combine to make 1 value burrito that you would get from another taco bell. We saw online that a burrito was 2,00 on line but when we got there it was 2.79, so we will just keep going to the next town and get 8t since we go there twice a week anyway. 5gey make the items look like the photo.. P.S. never order nachos there. You hardly get anything that even resembles what other taco bells or photos look like or compare to. Only reason i gave 2 was for the employees. I'd rate this a zero. It's finally hit rock bottom. The other taco bells have changed value menus to 2.00 but lavonia went to 2.79...

I realize you are having staffing problems, but you apparently haven't thought through how to serve customers with oversize vehicles.

With an RV that could not negotiate your drive-thru, we placed a mobile order at your restaurant. Since all of the doors were locked and no one visible in the dining area, I walked to the drive-thru window to try to pick up my order.

You would have thought I was trying to rob the place from the reception I got. The woman at the window shut it in my face and called the manager,. Who said I couldn't be there. No suggestion about where I could be, just not there, and then he simply started to walk away. After repeating several times that I needed to pick up a mobile order, and was in an RV, I finally made it simple and asked where I should wait. A gruff "Over there" and indication of one of the doors and I was dismissed.

Not the simplest, best, nor friendliest service I have ever had at a Taco Bell.

The food was...

I went through and ordered 2 crunchy tacos with beef cheese and tomatoes and a steak quesadilla with out jalapeno sauce, with a Dr Pepper. I only got one taco with beef lettuce and cheese no tomatoes and the quesadilla had the jalapeno sauce and the Dr Pepper was flat. Yeah didn't eat the taco and the quesadilla was eaten but wasn't liked. Going to bed hungry or eating ramen at midnight. Long trip from NC to South GA and just wanted a good taco for dinner but can't even get that. I'm already tired as is and been stuck in a car and on the road since 2 pm

Edit: just remembered but before we could even ask questions and say the order was wrong the manager shut the drive...
