I am writing to share my recent experience at your store. As a long-time loyal customer since 2005, I have always appreciated the level of customer service that I have received from your employees, particularly the older gentleman who works at the store. However, my recent experience with one of your young lady cashiers left a lot to be desired.

During my last visit to the store, I found the young people working there to be very unhelpful. Unfortunately, the young lady cashier was particularly unprofessional in her treatment of me. This experience was very disappointing and has led me to reconsider my decision to continue patronizing your store.

I wanted to bring this issue to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed promptly. While I understand that every business is staffed by individuals with different levels of experience and training, customer service is a critical aspect of any business. It is important that all employees, regardless of their age, provide courteous and helpful assistance to customers.

Ace Hardware in Lead, is a very wonderful place to shop. They have more than just Hardware. The staff there is very polite and personable. They will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. they carry all different type of brand of tools, kitchen supplies, bird feeders, bird food, and plenty of other things that you may need.
