So I came into your shop looking for a dress to wear to a wedding in New Orleans. I found the dress, but being over 40 I thought the next size up would not only be more flattering, but also more age appropriate. To my surprise, most of your dresses don’t go beyond a size large. So I contacted the designer directly and for the same price as your store I was able to order the xl. I don’t think I will be returning to your store any time soon as you “could” stock sizes for larger women,, but you won’t purchase them for your customers. The sales clerk walked me all around the store looking for jewelry/shoes/purses and I was ready to buy the entire outfit. She then called the owner of the store who stated they don’t carry any sizes above a large. Just like the movie, “Pretty Woman”: “Big, big mistake!!!” It was simple, all you had to do was call the manufacturer like I did to order the dress in an XL, like I did. I was TODAY years old when I found out that The Lucky Knot sells FORMAL WEAR! Fabulous materials and cuts, it's not a huge selection but it's such a well curated pieces for a variety of sizes and body types. I prefer a smaller thought out selection over racks and racks ANY day!
