TLDR: KC Box responsed to my original wedding inquiry and then never contacted me again, despite multiple follow-up emails over a 2 month time-frame…

All of my bridal party lives out of state so I was so excited (and relieved) to come across KC box company. I filled out their inquiry form, and they got back to me within a few days with lots of additihal questions to better understand my expectations for the wedding party boxes. I responded with a well-organized email answering each question with details to the vibe of my wedding, item interest, budget, etc… After that, I never heard from them again. I reached out with 3-4 separate follow-up emails over 2 months time-frame and then gave up. In my last email, I asked if they were no longer accepting requests because I understand if that was the case.
