The Gifted Child — Local services in Lenox

The Gifted Child has a plethora of toys and fun items (hence the stars). However, I must say that the staff made the experience terrible. One of the women working was incredibly condescending and rude when I opened the wrong can ‘o nuts and attempted to quietly put the squeaky worm back in. After I apologized for being loud, she admonished me like a four year old instead of the fully-grown woman that I am. In a world where in-store sales are diminishing and online sales are increasing, you would hope customer service would be a top priority. Her comment was insulting and certainly dampened the rest of my shopping experience. I will choose to spend my money elsewhere next time....

Came in to a cute toy shop to buy my daughter a toy. Great store for all sorts of games and toys. Lots of "thinking games" and a wide variety of games for playing on long drives or afternoons. Very friendly and helpful service, like all the stores in the area. We've shopped here several times when we're in the area with kids....
