But Don't Harass me with Calls and Asking me Why I don't talk to a Family member and when did we last Talk (ASKING Very Personal information) , Besides the Normal Question ! there address and # and Reliable to pay bills on time would have been fine and Nice instead You START off with the PERSONAL Question "Why don't you Talk to (Family Member that often) LADY !!!! That's Non of Your business on why WE Don't Talk Much ! That's a Very Personal Family Matter ..... So I went in Friday to get a mattress, bed frame, night stand, and a recliner. Everything went great was told delivery would be on today Monday, between 4pm-6pm. I made a payment thinking everything was done. Then they call me today saying they couldn't reach my references, my employer, and landlord. Ok, so this wasn't done already? Why have someone pay for something when you haven't even verified I could pay it. I'm like if I would have known I would have let my references know, my landlord and my job. So now I can't receive my stuff until they hear back from my landlord and they send them a paper to prove I live where I live. I'm so glad I didn't throw away our old bed, we would be sleeping on the floor. Missed work for this as well from my 2nd job. My husband calls and they lied to him saying they told me. I'm like no they didn't. And I was missing part of my contract. To update I never got the furniture. Nothing on my part but them. So I got a refund for what I paid. My advice. Would not recommend this place. Took 5 dollar deposit and then you are told they would order the furniture you requested. Wait a week and then went to the store and they tell us they can not get that bed and offered us another bed from another store and stated can you not just order what we are looking for and the gentleman said they o my sale what they have available and the stores and do not order. Felt like we were just getting the run around from this place and the employees do not care and where to busy wanting to be on there phones. All in all we went somewhere else and got what we wanted and better service. This place is dirty on the inside and the employees working are a joke. Will never do...
