I've been meaning to write a review on this place forever. I really do prefer this to any other vape shop, they've never steered me wrong. For example, when I have purchased refillable devices, they ask appropriate questions to determine if I'm going to actually stick with what I'm buying (what kind of juice I prefer; how often and in what situations I use it, like do I need something that easily fits in my pocket, etc). Even when I have asked amateurish questions, I'm not looked down on or laughed at, and I have definitely felt stupid because of such treatment at other places before. And like I said, I'm not steered towards things they can ascertain I won't like. It's beyond annoying when I've bought a something from a vape shop I won't wind up using, for instance a mod that coils may be hard to find for. The staff is the primary reason I love this place (great customer service, honesty/transparency) and second is the selection. I think they've got decent refillable and disposable mods, usually have whatever I need in stock as far as juices, coils, etc., and when I went in yesterday (for the first time in a couple months) it looks like a huge new selection of disposable mods in intriguing flavors. I'll post all of the photos of them I took (11/7/2023) because I find that really helpful. I ended up purchasing a really cool disposable device, RAZ brand, Pumpkin Pie Frosting flavor. It's 9000 puffs and has a digital display that shows remaining battery and juice life. I've been away from disposables for a while, didn't even know they had ones with digital displays! And it came with a lanyard, which is so much easier than digging around in my pockets or purse! So far so good with the flavor; it has adjustable airflow and also I charge it with a USB -C. Personally, I've interacted with probably every staff member there, and I really do adore all of them. Which is saying something because I have terrible social anxiety and hate talking to people in general. I'm mad I can't remember any names, but the pretty young lady with the green streak in her hair helped me yesterday and she's always extremely helpful. And I've dealt with the man who's likely the manager a lot, won't butcher his name but I'm pretty sure it starts with an A. He's always gone above and beyond in assisting me as well. The staff is probably all younger than me but they know their s*. Honestly I could probably buy a lot of these things a bit cheaper online but I'd rather deal with a local business I trust that has such excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very Zen atmosphere, and a good selection of gear and juices.

Gabby is my favorite, she makes customers feel like old friends.

My coils are like $2 cheaper online for a 5 pack, but this place I accumulate $1.18 reward discount every time I buy a pack here, plus I don't have to pay for shipping.

If they don't have something, they can order it and get it in within 2 weeks. Like replacement glass for my tank I can't find anywhere else.

I don't buy my juice here because they don't sell it. It's also like $12 per 120 mL which they simply can't compete with and have a shop.

They sell legal edibles like that delta stuff I always see people who clearly aren't junkies buying here.

I visited this location 2 or 3 weeks ago with my sister, and I debated on posting this, but after replaying the associate being incredibly rude and annoyed at our presence I just had to say something. The store front was nice and clean, I really liked how put together everything was, but the guy was really rude. He talked to me and my sister like we were stupid and talked to my sister like she was wasting his time. We wound up going to my preferred vape store and getting her a mod and juice there. I don't know if he thought we were tourists or what, but his attitude really sucked.
