Had a terrible experience at Kay in Rehoboth I had to come to the store 4 times before they finally got the order right. In the end, the rings still were not polished well. The first time, I got the rings that looked nothing like the ones on the display; they were square-ish in shape, not polished at all and felt awkward on the finger. (REALLY POOR JOB) The rings also didn’t have a marking on them saying the karat weight. When I came to the store again, David King, who initially assisted me in ordering the rings, reordered the rings but when they came in, they were badly polished and still had no karat marking.
